Where sanity ends, gradient meshing begins.
This is 100% vector! 16 layers of gradient mesh, all done in Adobe Illustrator.

This one almost drove me crazy, but was a good exercise. Inspired by *soulsurfer 's digital painting 'Peace Of Mind' using same reference picture from [link]

Hehe, you could scale this to cover an entire city and it would still look flawless... just gotta love vectors

how long does a normal piece take you (one with out gradient mesh those take forever)
